Brady's Frame & Alignment

Every time I have taken my car there, they have repaired issues that did not solve my issues. They have your car for days for simple repairs and I would not recommend anyone that needs there car back the same day to take it there. They’re absolutely not capable of fixing your vehicle on time or at all. It’s always a maybe, maybe today my tomorrow or maybe next week. They need to get a real auto repair crew and stop guessing.

The owner of this establishment is absolutely wonderful! He has taken such great care of me and our family for years.

I used too bring my trucks here for alignments when the older man and the younger guy were doing the alignments. I recently brought both my F350 SW and dually within a few months span for an alignment. Was told the same story on both trucks, that my steering had slop in it and the ball joints on the steering linkage was bad on both trucks at 2 different visits. 2011 and 2020, I personally checked both trucks myself and all is tight. I don't believe the newer guy knows what he's doing or wants to deal with it period. Such ashame when the shop used too be good at the alignments..

DO NOT GO HERE customer Service is terrible. I’ve been calling for days and they’ve been pushing me to the side and when I finally dropped my car out for them to work on it. It sat there for five hours untouched. They called me in aggressively asked me. Am I going to pick this car up? As if they were done working on it And when I returned, my car had not been touched, and my tires had not been mounted They tried to act as if they were doing me a favor by not putting my tires on saying that my control arms were damaged, but I told them that it was OK to go ahead and proceed. Ultimately, they did not touch the car and they were very unprofessional about it.

Left my truck for a alignment and came back to get it and got there and told them I was there to pick up the s10 and the guy said they had to do some work on it to get it aligned and gave me a price off $310 so paid it and after they got the Money They begin to tell me something else is wrong with it and the alignment wasn’t able to be done correctly so I’ll bring it back in a month and they would fit it so I’m on my way home. I couldn’t even turn. It was way worse than it was when I brought it there the steering wheel was just pulling to the left a little bit now it’s pulling into the right and every turn I make it hit the inside fender of my truck so I brought it back and told them that he said he would take care of it. He had to fire some guys while he calls me and tells me he can’t fit it so I asked him for my money back and he tells me I’m not getting nothing back worse service I ever had and they are crooks they should be locked up and plus on top of that, my truck is not even sitting level no more. The front end is on the ground.
